This is a full-time position in a dynamic and innovative young adult residential setting. This program needs an energetic individual committed to helping young adults (22 and up). Essential skills include empathy, compassion, teamwork, striving for excellence, willingness to learn, and a desire for a challenging growth opportunity. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for providing transitional support and supervision to young adults aging out of adolescent services. A key component of this position is to assist residents in their physical, emotional, social, and vocational development; promoting their increased independence, and engaging them to connect with their family and community.
The Shift Supervisor reports to the Residential Transition House Manager. This position will be compensated on an hourly basis.
